Auto-resize Text Boxes in Chat and Image Editor

The text boxes in the chat and image editor now resize automatically or can be manually adjusted, and can be locked to keep the same text box size across all images.

Selecting the lock icon to the right of the text box (circled in red below) will keep the text box the same height even while scrolling through to other images.

 

Auto-Resize Text Box in Internal Chat

We’ve updated the text boxes in Internal Chat to automatically resize as a user types in order to save time and effort without having to scroll or manually resize the text box.

 

Updates to Appointment Confirmation Messages

We have revised the language in the appointment confirmation messages to include more clear information and be more personal. Changes include:

• Subject line now reads: “You have an upcoming appointment for your [Year Make Model]”

• Call-to-action button now reads: “See your vehicle’s recommended work”

• Email body now reads: “You have an appointment for your [Year Make Model] coming up. We look forward to seeing you soon. Thank you for your trust in our service!”
