BayIQ is a communication package designed to bring your customers into your shop(s) more often and spend more money while they're there. This is done by offering your customers a full variety of ways to earn and receive special pricing discounts. In the event you still want to change your current bonus rewards, this article will review how to disable or update bonus offerings for Referral Rewards, Birthday Bonus, and Signup Bonuses.

Note: These steps will not remove previously earned rewards and bonuses from your customer's accounts. Bonuses are removed from a customer's account once redeemed, when they expire, or can be removed from individual rewards accounts if needed.
Access Your Rewards Settings
To make changes to the bonuses awarded to your customers, first access your Rewards Settings. First, select Marketing, then Communications.
Note: Users with access to multiple markets will not see a Communications option in the Marketing drop-down menu. Instead, select Settings > Markets, then select your market to navigate to the Communications page.
Next, select Rewards from the menu bar at the top - this will bring you to your Rewards Settings.
Birthday Bonus
On your Rewards Settings page, see Access Your Rewards Settings above, navigate to Birthday Bonus Email. Here you can enable or disable the email by checking or unchecking the Send Email box.
Use the drop-down menu to select a Bonus, then use the Expiration Information drop-down to choose when the bonus will expire.

Scroll to the bottom and select Save Rewards Settings when finished.
Referral Bonus
On your Rewards Settings page (see Access Your Rewards Settings above) navigate to Referral Rewards.
Enter a Referral Amount to award customers a set amount when their referral signs up and completes a transaction. Use the drop down menu to select a Bonus, then use the Expiration Information drop down to choose when the bonus will expire. If you do not see a bonus you'd like to use, learn how to create a new bonus here.
To turn the option to refer a friend off, leave the Referral Amount blank and Referral Bonus set to -- No bonus --. This will remove the option for your customers to refer family and friends to your business. This will also remove the link to refer family and friends on your outgoing communications.
Scroll to the bottom and select Save Rewards Settings when finished.
POS and Web Signup Bonuses
Signup bonuses are awarded to the customer when they register for the rewards program. These are designed to bring your customers in for repeat visits after signing up.
Scroll to POS Signup Bonuses and Web Signup Bonuses on your Rewards Settings page (see Access Your Rewards Settings above). Customers can be awarded up to 4 bonuses when signing up. Use the drop-down menus to select a bonus from the list and select an option under Expiration. If you do not see a bonus you'd like to use, learn how to create a new bonus here.
If you do not want to offer a discount as a Signup Bonus, we still recommend offering a bonus to entice them to come back in. This could include a Free Flat Repair or Free Tire Rotation; You could offer other services unique to your shops such as discounts on alignments, A/C services, and Flush Services. If at all possible, do not leave these fields blank.
Scroll to the bottom and select Save Rewards Settings when finished.
