Click the magnifying glass icon to open the search window:

Search by Last Name to lookup the customer and click their name to open the communication settings:

Adjust communication preferences and contact information

In the "Communication Settings" section, use the toggle switches to configure which types of email and text messages the motorist wants to receive. The customer's email and phone number for text messages can be modified and a vehicle specific email address can be added:
