Use the TVP Search Tool to resend inspection reports

Access the TVP Search Tool: Enter the client's last name, RO (Repair Order) number, VIN or license plate number into the search bar on the TVP screen and press enter. The search results will display the client's most recent active or previous RO in a convenient pop-up window.

Navigating to the Inspection Reports: Use the inspection column in the results window to locate the inspection report needed. This action will lead you directly to the inspection reports tab.

Resending the Inspection Report: From the inspection reports tab, resend the report in the same manner you would if the vehicle were in the shop by clicking the "C View" button.
Tips
- Sending Only Photos from an Inspection Report:
- Right-click on the photo you wish to download.
- Select "save image as" to download the photo to your computer.
- Name the photo, adjust the file type and choose the desired saving location.
- Click "save" to complete the download.
- Compose your email and attach the saved photos for sending.
- Using Historical Inspection Results Page for Additional Resources:
- Access the historical inspection results page by clicking the "hamburger" menu on the left-hand corner of the TVP.
- Choose the down arrow for the inspections tab to access the Inspection Results/Audit Tech/SA.
- Filter for "all-time" and search using the vehicle's VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) to include deactivated inspection results.
- If the inspection report is active, use the TVP search tool to retrieve and send it to the client.
- If the inspection report is inactive, contact customer support for assistance.
